我国优秀男子标枪运动员交叉步结束后投掷臂动作的生物力学分析

A kinematics Analysis on Throwing Arm Movement after Cross-Stride of Chinese Outstanding Malen Javelin Athlete

通过文献资料法、三维录像解析法、数理统计法对我国优秀男子标枪运动员交叉步结束右脚着地至标枪出手阶段的投掷臂动作进行了研究。结果发现,我国8名运动员右肩角波动较大,投掷臂的投枪动作幅度较小,投掷臂向左后扭转不充分,肩髋的扭紧程度相对较小,影响了投掷效果。

By methods of literature review, 3D video, mathematics statistic, the paper does a research on Chineses otrtstanding male javelin athletes＇ throwing arm movement after cross-stride from right foot landing to javelin off. The result indicates that the 8 Chinese athletes＇ right shoulders angle undulation is big; The movement of throwing arm is small; The turning to left and back o throwing arm is not full ; And the tight turns of shoulders and hip is small.
