摘要
设计并制作了用于TD-SCDMA移动通信基站接收机前端的16阶高温超导窄带带通滤波器。该滤波器的中心频率为2017.5MHz,相对带宽为0.297%,由MgO衬底上的双面DyBa2Cu3O7超导薄膜加工而成。该滤波器77K温度下的实测带宽为5.83MHz,回波损耗好于15dB,边带陡峭度高达80dB/MHz;实测的中心频率等指标与仿真设计结果吻合很好。
This paper reports a sixteen -pole high temperature superconducting (HTS) filter for applications in TD -SCD- MA systems. The designed central frequency of the filter is 2017.5MHz and the fractional bandwidth is 0.297%. The filter was fabricated with double -coated DyBa2Cu3O7 film on MgO wafer. The measured performance at 77K shows that the bandwidth of the filter is 5.83MHz. The return loss is lower than 15dB. The slope is about 80dB/MHz, and further, the measured central frequency shows agreement with the simulated result.
