应用ROC曲线评价纸质打印与干式激光打印对乳腺微钙化的诊断价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的:通过对比纸质打印与干式激光打印图像阅片,探讨打印介质对全数字化乳腺摄影中乳腺微钙化诊断准确性的影响。方法:次价高分别采用LOCUSLD-A纸质打印机及KONICADRYPRO752干式激光打印机打印全数字化乳腺图像。由3位(具有5年以上工作经验)放射科医师分别对于55例乳腺片进行读片。读片结果采用LABMRMC软件进行ROC分析,利用Excel2003绘制ROC曲线。结果:采用两种方式读片时,结果具有显著性差异,干式激光打印图像诊断结果优于纸质打印结果。结论:对于乳腺微钙化病例的诊断,干式激光打印准确率优于纸质打印,纸质打印不能替代干式激光打印。 Objective To compare the diagnostic accuracy of breast microcalcification by a dry laser printer with that of a paper printer for full-field digital mammography (FFDM). Methods For both a dry laser printer (KONICA DRYPRO 752)and a paper printer (LOCUS LD-A)connected to an FFDM system, three radiologists (with five years 'experience) twice interpreted 55 patients. The result was analyzed by the LABMRMC software and the ROC curve was painted by Excel 2003. Results There is significant difference in the result, the result of dry laser printer being significantly superior to the result of paper printer. Conclusion For breast microcalcification in FFDM, images obtained from a dry laser printer show superior objective compared with a paper printer. As a consequence, the paper printer should not be used for breast microcalcification.
