摘要
介绍了香料厨房的组成以及工业称量系统的工作原理。以OIMLR76国际衡器计量规程为标准,以香糖料的称量相对误差不超过0.9%为控制指标,分析了原料罐及中间计量罐的容量设计,计算得出了原料罐在600kg量程范围内、中间计量罐在150kg量程范围内可以满足称量相对误差≤0.9%的最小称量重量数据。同时,根据各单体液体原料的最大罐内存量,以及单批原料的最小出料称量重量,设计了香料厨房称量系统的程序流程。工业称量系统的应用较好地解决了原料在单批最小掺兑量情况下、满足香料厨房配制精度要求的问题。
The makeup of flavor kitchen and the working principle of industrial weighing system were intro-duced. Taking OIML R76 international metrological regulation of weighing apparatus as a standard and the relative error of casing weighing below 0.9% as control target, the capacity of flavor material tank and inter-mediate metering tank was analyzed and calculated, their acceptable spans of measurement were 600 kg and 150 kg, respectively. Meanwhile, the operational procedure of the weighing system was designed according to the maximum volume of each liquid casing material to be stored in the tank and the minimum output in a single batch to be weighed. The industrial weighing system ensured the blend precision of minor ingredient in flavor formulation.
