摘要
为了解决现有自动化物流系统发生故障时应急保障能力不足,以及在大流量作业条件下存在的瓶颈现象,对自动化物流系统进行了优化改造。通过引入故障报警与手机短信联动技术,增加辅料送料应急流程,提高了物流系统发生故障时的应急保障能力;通过优化成品库出入库策略,改造成品出库扫描系统,提高了成品库系统的运行效率。优化改造后的自动化物流系统,提高了系统的可靠性与稳定性,减少了故障停产时间,降低了工人劳动强度,提高了成品发货效率,成品发货时间从平均15h/日下降到11h/日。
In order to secure the capacity of material handling in case of system failures and overcome the bottleneck in handling mass flow of material, the automatic logistic system was upgraded by introducing the technology of linking malfunction alarm with mobile phone short message service and adding an emergency route for material transferring. The running efficiency of finished product warehouse system was increased by optimizing the scheme of depoting/retrieving and improving the scanning system in finished product retrieving. The upgraded system featured high reliability and stability, less down time and low labor intensity, and the shipment time of finished product decreased from 15 hours per day to 11 hours per day.
