公开了笔者关于高可靠控制系统的技术诀窍。其思路是在串联的控制回路中找一个断点，使断点前的故障能被隔离，其技术核心是研制电动阀门定位器、独立的手操器。

The know how of highly reliable control pystem,as is put forward here,consists in locating a breaker in the series control loop and blocking the hitch before it,for which the technical prerequisite is the preparation of motor driven valve positioner and independent manually oporated device,with the development of a new generation of control instruments to be entailed.
