摘要
为研究夹片群锚的锚固性能,建立多孔锚具参数化非线性有限元模型,分别对夹片锥角以及夹片与锚环间的摩擦系数对锚具受力特性的影响进行研究。结果表明:随着锥角和摩擦系数在一定范围内增大,锚环的应力会逐渐减小;锚环内各锥孔受力不均匀,靠近锚环中部的锥孔应力相对较小。
To investigate the anchoring performance of the clamp type group anchors, a parametrized non-linear finite element model is established for the multi-hole anchor. The influences of the cone angles of clamps and the coefficients of friction between the clamps and anchor ring on the mechanical behavior of the clamp type anchor are respectively analyzed. The results show that with the increase of the cone angles and the coefficients of friction in the certain range, the stress of the anchor ring can gradually decrease. The stress of each cone hole in the anchor ring is not uniform and the stress of the cone holes close to the center of the anchor ring is relatively little.
