摘要 桥梁铺装层早期破损的主要原因之一是混凝土梁板顶面和调平层表面粗糙度不够。混凝土缓凝水冲法是混凝土表面糙化处理的新工艺,利用表层混凝土与内部混凝土终凝时间差,冲洗未终凝的表层混凝土,去除表面的浮浆,使石子部分裸露形成粗糙的表面。通过研究获得了该工艺的几个重要参数,研究结果表明该工艺具有成本低、效果佳和工效高的特点,易于推广应用。 One of the major causes leading to the early damage to bridge deck pavement is that the roughness provided between the concrete girder slab top and concrete leveling layer surface is not adequate. The retarded concrete water washing method as presented in this paper is a kind of new workmanship for roughness handling of concrete interface, that is, by taking the advantage of time difference of final setting of the surface layer and interior concrete, the part of the surface layer concrete that is not finally set is to be water washed in order to move off the surface grout on the concrete and make part of the aggregates in the concrete exposed to form a roughness surface and several important parameters of the workmanship have been obtained through research. The results of the research show that the workmanship is characteristic of low cost, good effect, high working efficiency and is easy to be popularized and applied.
