益生饮药物血清对A549人肺癌细胞株体外生长的影响

Influence of Yisheng Yin-contained serum on human lung cancer cell line A549

目的观察益生饮药物血清对A549人肺癌细胞株体外生长的影响。方法以不同浓度的益生饮药物血清培养人肺癌细胞A549,用MTT技术体外观察不同浓度益生饮药物血清对人肺癌细胞生长的影响。结果各组抑瘤率分别为:大剂量组41.18%,中剂量组33.16%,小剂量组25.67%,3种剂量组间差异显著(P<0.01)。抑瘤率以大剂量组最高,为41.18%。结论益生饮药物血清对肺癌A549细胞体外生长有较好的抑制作用。

Object To observe the in vitro effect of Yisheng Yin-contained serum on human lung cancer cell line A549. Method Using seropharmocologic method of Chinese medicine and MTT assay to observe the effect of different concentrations of serum containing Yisheng Yin. Results The inhibition rates of the three different concentrations groups were 41.18%, 33.16%, and 25.67%, and the inhibition rates of the large dose group is the highest.
