摘要
锌和铜是人体必需微量元素,参与酶系统的功能活动。研究测定105名儿童血清锌和铜的含量,测定对象从希腊本土居住的3-14岁健康儿童中随机抽样,并研究血清铜锌含量与儿童性别、年龄、身高、体重以及饮食习惯的相关性。锌和铜的平均含量分别为(15.01±2.95)μmol/L和(26.18±5.47)μmol/L,该含量水平在男女儿童之间没有显著性差异。锌水平与年龄呈正相关性,铜水平与年龄呈负相关性。锌铜水平随身高的增高而升高,而锌水平随着体重指数值的增大而降低。肉蛋奶的摄入是较高锌水平的独立决定因子,而豆类和水果的摄入是较高铜水平的独立决定因子。锌和铜水平之间存在显著的负相关性。研究首次对健康希腊儿童血清铜锌水平进行评价,并说明铜锌水平和儿童年龄、身高、体重指数以及饮食习惯有强相关性。
