绝经后腰椎骨量减少的食物性决定因素:铁可能的有利作用 被引量:2

摘要 由于没有排除复杂的情况,或者是所用的方法学不够精确,之前许多提出食物对绝经后骨量减少不同作用的研究结论是相互矛盾的。为了鉴定食物对在绝经后未采取激素替代治疗的女性腰椎骨量减少的决定因素,在11-14年间重复测定了43名女性腰2-腰4的骨矿物质密度;并用分段回归法考察了食物摄入组成是否可以预测绝经后腰椎的骨量减少。研究结果显示,食物铁可以预测骨量的维持。研究认为,饮食可以影响绝经后的骨量减少,食物铁可能对脊椎骨有一定的保护作用。
