摘要
循环流化床锅炉在启动过程中普遍存在投油量过大,开始投煤时间把握不准等现象,导致启动过程中资源过度浪费,甚至会出现启动失败的情况。针对上述问题,通过对现场所采集数据进行相应处理,得到投油量、床层高度等对床层温升率影响的函数关系式,据此可以对影响DG410/9.81-9型循环流化床锅炉启动特性的主要因素(如投油量,开始投煤时间)进行分析计算,使其在安全经济的工况下运行。也可作为其他类型循环流化床锅炉启动参数选择的参考。
Because of over consumption of oil and inaccurate coal-feeding time in the start-up process of the circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler, resource waste and even the start-up failure occur. To solve the problem, based on the processing of data acquired in the field, the function equation revealing the influence of oil-feeding quantity and bed height on the temperature increasing rate of the bed is proposed to analyze and calculate the main factors influencing the start-up characteristics of the DG410/9.81-9 CFB boiler.
