摘要
根据火焰特征参数模型,分析了四角切圆锅炉的一次风量及携带煤粉量对火焰中心偏移及辐射能大小的影响,通过调整一次风量能够减小火焰中心偏移,减轻水冷壁的结焦程度,根据辐射能的变化,通过调整给煤机转速进而调整各燃烧器携带煤粉量。根据机组的特性,设计了基于火焰特征参数的均衡燃烧调整算法,以火焰中心偏移和辐射能为依据,调整制粉系统。由于辐射能的快速变化特性,克服了传统以负荷为依据调整燃烧这种方式的大滞后、长延迟,有效地提高了机组对电网的响应能力。
According to the characteristic parameter model of flame, the influence of the primary air flow and the pulverized coal it carries on flame center excursion and the radiation energy is analyzed. Through adjusting the primary air flow, the flame center excursion can be reduced, as well as the coking on the water wall. According to the variation of the radiation energy, the quantity of coal passing through each burner can be controlled through adjusting the rotational speed of the coal feeder. Based on the characteristics of units, a balanced combustion adjustment algorithm based on flame characteristic parameters was designed, which adjusts the pulverized coal system based on the flame center excursion and the radiation energy, Due to the characteristic of rapid variability of the radiation energy, the problem of long time delay occurred in the traditional method which adjusts combustion based on load is solved. The unit's responding ability to the grid is improved effectively.
