介绍了华东电网有限公司在建设企业信息系统过程中对人力资源模块的设置原则,叙述了人事信息管理中基本信息规范、信息保密权限控制、消除信息孤岛、与外围软件接口、员工自助和查询等6方面所涉及的具体做法。
The configuration principles for human resource module of the Enterprise Information Systems (EIS) in East China Grid are presented. The detailed practice of personnel information management functions of the human resource module is recommended in the aspects of basis information specification, information privacy, isolated island elimination, interfaces with peripheral software, the self-service function, and information enquiry.
