摘要 恒加载力高速重负荷荒磨是大型钢坯修磨和重型轧辊粗加工的基础工艺。磨削过程中液压力加载系统必须抑制砂轮偏心及工件表面疤瘤的交变载荷冲击,保持砂轮法向修磨压力恒定,跟随工件表面做随形修磨。本文从机床主体结构、磨削臂运动、液压伺服原理、运动控制系统几个方面介绍了我国首台100 t数控轧辊荒磨机床设计及生产现场应用效果。 Rough grinding with constant loading force and high - speed heavy - duty is the basic process for large steel conditioning and heavy roll rough machining. In the grinding process, hydraulic loading force system must restrain alternating load impact from wheel's eccentricity and scabs on the workpiece surface, keep the normal grinding pressure of the wheel constant, and grind the workpiece following its surface. The design and practical application of the first 100t CNC roll rough grinder in China are introduced and analyzed from many aspects, including the main structure of machine, the movement of the grinding arm, the principle of hydraulic servo, and the motion control system.
