摘要
针对某焊轨厂加工处理钢轨的落后现状,提出并设计了一个自动化程度、生产效率、可靠性、可操作性都非常高的除锈机床,介绍了该机床主要结构、液压系统和电气控制系统。机床的电气控制采用了三菱公司的FX2N系列PLC,使得控制稳定可靠,操作简单方便,功能强大。
Aiming at laggard complexion of machining rail in one weld rail factory, this paper presents a derusting machine which offers high automation, high production efficiency, dependability and manipulation. The paper also introduces the design, including the mechanical structure, hydraulic system and electric part. Concerning the electrical part, Mitsubishi FX2N series PLC is chosen as the core of the system, which makes the system more reliable and dependable, the operation more convenient and easier to accomplish and the function more powerful. Besides, the paper also describes a practical detecting method which could be used on site.
