摘要
本文针对某320 t钢水罐回转台建立整体结构有限元模型,采用ABAQUS有限元软件模拟该钢水罐回转台在不同受包速度下的动态过程,得到不同受包速度下结构的动态应力响应,进一步结合静力分析结果,计算钢水罐回转台受包冲击系数,并在此基础上提出实际使用中冲击系数的合理取值。
Receiving a ladle is a dynamic process, and the corresponding impact coefficient is an important factor in the design of a ladle turret, and so is the control of the speed when putting the ladle down during casting. The finite element model of a 320 t ladle turret was set up by means of ABAQUS/CAE and the dynamic response of the model in the case of receiving ladles at different speeds was analyzed with ABAQUS standard. Based on the static and dynamic responses of the ladle turret, the impact coefficient was discussed and a practical value used in the design is suggested.
