论述了拉弯矫直重卷生产线中拉伸弯曲矫直与重卷的技术整合,提出采用张力活套和立式纠偏方案,解决拉伸弯曲矫直、切边、分卷等工艺集成过程中的成品率低、圆盘剪运行不稳定的问题,实现了拉弯矫直重卷生产线的国产化。

The paper shows the technological integration of uncoiler by means of stretch -straightening and recoiling process. A vertical deviation rectification scheme with tension loop has been set forth to resolve the problems, such as lower ratio of finished products, lower quality in side trimming and unstable condition in operation; the problems are caused in the integrated process while stretching, side trimming and coil - parting. Immobilization has been realized for stretch - straightening and recoiling production line.
