摘要 针对焊接结构中焊缝经常出现疲劳破坏的问题,提出虚拟疲劳试验方法。利用有限元数值仿真结果及焊接接头S-N曲线数据,在计算机中模拟疲劳试验过程,完成对焊接结构件疲劳寿命的预测。通过对焊接构件的疲劳寿命仿真分析,证明此抗疲劳设计方法可行。 Fatigue damage occurs often in seam weld in welded component. The virtual fatigue testing method is put forward to solve this problem. This method makes use of finite element numerical simulation results and the curve data of welded joints S - N to simulate fatigue testing process and forecast fatigue life - span of welded component by means of computer. The simulation analysis of the fatigue life - span of the welded component proves the anti -fatigue design method is feasible.
