摘要
本文是用Co(60)γ射线对聚酯纤维进行辐照接枝的研究。研究了丙烯酸在涤纶织物上的辐射接枝共聚反应。探讨了单体浓度、辐照剂量及阻聚剂等对接校率的影响,并且测试了所得接枝物的吸湿性,染色性和物理机械性能,随着接枝程度的提高.吸湿性和染色性有明显的提高,但机械性能却有所下降。
A study on radiation grafting to Polyester by means of CO60Y-ray is described in this paper. A radiation grafting of acrylic acid (AA) onto polyester to imparl a hydrophilic property was carried.The effect of grafting conditions, such as monomer concentration, irrodiation dose rate, and inhibiter were investigated.The polyester fibre grafted showed that its hydrophilicity was improved greatly. Its mechanical strength of Ptoduct decreased. But the deterioration of tensile properties of polyester fibre upon grafting was very small.
