摘要
医学院校法学专业本科的双语教学尚属全新领域,实有研究的必要。应坚持双语教学服务于整个专业培养目标这一基本原则,在正视大陆法系和英美法系两大法律体系之差异的基础上,贯彻可替代性和填补性原则,并注意对医学院校专业特色的协调,来科学选择双语教学课程。《西方司法制度》《英美判例法》《英美侵权法》《医事法》《精神卫生法》和《公共卫生法》是较为适宜的可选择对象。它们基本上形成了一个知识有机衔接、贯穿始终、环环相扣、步步为营自成一体的课程体系。在课程内容设计方面,既要注重教学内容的原始性和科学性,又要注重教学内容的可读性和权威性;既要注重教学内容的系统性和连续性,还要注重教学内容的实时性和可借鉴性。
Bilingual teaching of science of law in medical colleges has been developed recently and it deserves study. The authors suggest that bilingual teaching be the basic principle. Since the Roman law legal family is different from that of the Anglo-American law system, it is essential to adopt the principle of substitution and filling and notice the major features in medical colleges, based on which the right bilingual curriculum is selected. "Western Judicature", "Anglo-American Legal Precedent", "Anglo-American Law of Torts", "Medical Law", "Mental Health Law" and "Public Health Law" are in the range of choice. This is an ideal curriculum as they are related to one another. In design of curriculum we have to concern about the initial , scientific , sustaining and authoritative knowledge. Stress is placed on systematic knowledge and continuity, practical and profitable to share.
