摘要
从中等职业教育实践教学的现状分析入手,提出教师应转变传统教学观念,积极引导学生参与实践教学。结合中药专业高质量技能型人才的培养,在实践教学内容整合、实践教材建设、实践教学过程监控与评价、教师队伍建设、实验室与实训基地建设、校企合作及学历教育与职业培训并举等方面进行了尝试和思考。
The article makes an analysis of the present situation of the practical teaching in the secondary vocational school of herbal medicines and suggests that teachers should change their conventional teaching conception and actively guide the students to take part in field study. Training of top technical talents is based on compilation of textbooks that will meet the demand of practical teaching together with quality control and assessment, and the strategy to improve teacher＇s level.
