摘要
分析了聚酰胺6、聚酰胺66、聚酯帘子线的物理-机械性能，研究了各种帘子线的热收缩与温度预张力之间的相关性。结果表明：帘子线的热收缩率随温度的升高而增大，随预张力的增加而减小。热收缩应力随温度升高而增加。
In this paper, the physical-mechnical characteristics of PA6, PA66, and PET tyre cords were analysed- The relationship between shrinkage characteristics of the tyre cords and treatment temperature as well pretension were studied. The shrinkage rate and force are found to increase with an incrase in treatment temperature. Increase in pretension leads to decrease in shrinkage.
