摘要
通过实验,找出EDDP合理的POY-DTY纺丝工艺,并对其性能和结构进行研究.结果发现,由于PEG柔性链段的嵌入,使EDDP切片的Tg、Tc、Tm低于PET,因此在用EDDP进行纺丝时,必须降低干燥、纺丝、热定型温度,但无提高侧吹风速。同时发现,EDDP纤维的染色、吸湿、抗静电效果得到明显改善,织物具有仿毛特点。
The proper spinning process of EDDP was found by doing experiments. Researches on it' s structures and properties were made. The results show that EDDP chip has lower Tg, Tc and Tm than PET chip when PEG is used as modifier, so lower tempretures of draught,spinning, heat-treatment are needed . While enhancing side-blowing, we also find that EDDP's properties such as dying, humid-absorption, anti-static are got improved o The fabric feels like wool.
