摘要
指出变压器、IGBT直接串联、多电平串联三种高压变频调速方案的优缺点。探讨高压变频调速方案的可靠性。结合被击穿IGBT的解剖分析,得到引起IGBT击穿的原因,就可靠性而言,认为IGBT变频调速不适宜用在6kV~10kV高压大功率异步机上。高压的交流调速,应考虑基于转子的低压控制方案。
High voltage vary frequency scheme which includes transformer, direct series of IGBT and series of more electric level, are reviewed. Meantime, the reliability of high voltage vary frequency scheme is researched. The factors that IGBT is punctured are obtained based on the dissected IGBT. In view of the reliability, vary frequency adjustable speed with IGBT is not apply to high voltage (6kV-10kV) and large size AC-motor. Consequently low voltage control of rotor is a prefered way for high voltage adjustable speed of AC-motor.
