研究了壳聚糖缩合水杨醛反应的分析方法。用分光光度法子４８０ｎｍ波长处测定水杨醛含量，用两种方法进行分析。结果表明，相对偏差在３％以内。本法简单、准确。

The analysis of condensation reaction of chitosan with salicyal dehyde is introduced. At wavelength of 480 nm,salicylaldehyde is determined.Two methods are employed.Relative deviation is within 3%.
