摘要
提出了一种定量计算抽水蓄能电站事故备用效益的故障模式分析法,通过分析故障后各类电源的事故反应过程,采用经济评价中的等效替代法和有无对比分析法,建立抽水蓄能电站的事故备用效益评估模型。该模型考虑了故障时刻系统以及在运机组的相互影响,以系统运行的整体经济性和可靠性为目标,同时兼顾了能源消耗、污染物排放等方面。应用该方法对某省抽水蓄能电站事故备用效益进行了实例计算,结果表明所述模型和方法的有效性与实用性。
Power systems can get larger benefit when thermal units, nuclear units and wind parks operate with pumped-storage stations. A method for quantitative evaluation of the emergency benefit in the pumped-storage station is presented based on the analysis of failure modes, in which the detailed reflection process of all kind of units is simulated in the case of system faults. Using the equifinal substitution method evaluates the fault spinning reserve benefit, and the annual expected energy not supplied, the sum of coal consuming, waste emission and reliability are regarded as evaluating indices. The total calculation model established contains three sub-models as follows: load model, generation model and increasing power output model. The problem that the reasonable division between load leveling capacity and fault reserve capacity of a pumped-storage station is discussed. The case study of an actual pumped-storage station shows the practicability and feasibility of the method.
