本文对Ｐｏｒｔｅｒ模型定量分析的一般解法，引入层次分析法中判断矩阵来确定各竞争结构要素的相对权重，又引入模糊数学的概念与方法来求得各竞争结构要素竞争力的评定值和对竞争结构要素抗衡力的评定值，以使得该模型的实际应用具有更好的客观性、准确性和合理性．

おhe paper presents a new method about the common solution of the Porter model quantitative analysis, which will introduce a judgment matrix of the Analytic Hierarchey Process(AHP) to determine the relative proportion of each competitive structure factor, and introduce the fuzzy mathematical concept and method to calculate the assessment of the competitive power of each competitive structure factor and the assessment of the counterbalance power against each competitive structure factor. This will make the practical application of Porter model more objective, more accurate and more reasonable.
