Study on the Distribution and Combined Forms of Selenium in Seenriched Ganoderma

研究了富硒灵芝中硒的含量分布和赋存形态．结果表明，蛋白质硒是富硒灵芝中硒的主要赋存形态，占总硒的７３．６％～７７．４％，核酸和多糖结合硒量甚少；在蛋白质组份中，以碱溶性蛋白质结合硒量最多，占总硒的２３．０％～２５．２％．

おhe distribution and combined forms of Se in Seenriched ganoderma are studied in this paper. It is found that 73.6~77.4 percent of Se in Seenriched ganoderma is present in Seproteins and few in Senucleic acids and Sepolysaccharides. Among Seproteins, the main combined form of Se, basesoluble protein has the highest selenium content, which amounted to 23.0~25.2 percent of Se in Seenriched ganoderma.
