摘要
研究了富硒灵芝中硒的含量分布和赋存形态.结果表明,蛋白质硒是富硒灵芝中硒的主要赋存形态,占总硒的73.6%~77.4%,核酸和多糖结合硒量甚少;在蛋白质组份中,以碱溶性蛋白质结合硒量最多,占总硒的23.0%~25.2%.
おhe distribution and combined forms of Se in Seenriched ganoderma are studied in this paper. It is found that 73.6~77.4 percent of Se in Seenriched ganoderma is present in Seproteins and few in Senucleic acids and Sepolysaccharides. Among Seproteins, the main combined form of Se, basesoluble protein has the highest selenium content, which amounted to 23.0~25.2 percent of Se in Seenriched ganoderma.
