摘要 本文分析了光通过颗粒大小均匀的悬浮液时,其散射光的特性.导出了浊度测量的灵敏度、最大测量范围与测量仪器的光学参数之间的关系.由此提出了测量前向30°细散射光束来扩大仪器的测量范围、改善非线性的方法,并列出了实测数据.最后对三种非线性补偿方法进行比较. おhe scattered light characteristics, while a light beam pass through a suspension of particles with homogeneous size, were analyzed in this paper. The relationships between the optical parameters of the instrument and sensitivity and maximum range of turbidity measurement were derived. In order to increase the measurement range and improve linearity level, a method to detect the scattered light at an angle of 30 degree with the incident light during measuring higher turbidity were suggested. Experimental results were listed. At last, three nonlinearity compensation methods were suggested, described and compared.
