摘要
运用SWOT分析法对地方高校的内外部环境进行研究,借助迈克尔.波特的"五力模型"识别地方高校的竞争力,并且提出了地方高校核心竞争力培养的途径,努力形成地方高校独特的竞争优势,从而在激烈的竞争环境中求得更好的生存和发展。
The author applies SWOT analysis and competition model to make a research on the exterior environment of local university and puts forward the cultivation method of enhancing the competitive ability of local university to develop well in the fierce competition environment.
