摘要
文章首先对评价目标进行逐层分解,构建出评价双语教学质量的三级指标体系,然后运用层次分析和特尔菲相结合的方法测定了指标体系的权重,最后对设计的指标体系进行了说明与应用。
This paper designed the three grades index system to evaluate quality of bilingual education at first, and then it calculated every index's weight by integrating Analytical Hierarchy Process Method with Delphi Method, At last, this paper explained the index system and applied this index system in practice.
