新课程标准下高考内容的改革是高考改革的重点和难点。本文阐述了新课程高考化学试题设计的新思路：重视试题的真实性与情境性；联系生活、社会和科学发展，体现实践性；加强对科学思维方法的考查；改进信息迁移题，考查学生学科素质；增加高考实验设计型试题薯探索化学探究性和开放性试题；提高选做题“等值”的编制技术；对试题内容进行人性化处理等。要从新课程评价的高度认识试题内容和题型设计的发展与创新。
