摘要
植物核型分析是遗传、变异等研究的重要手段。本试验对甜瓜核型分析的取材、预处理、固定、解离、染色、制片等技术环节作了探索,并与铅污染对甜瓜染色体核型基本特征作了对比,初步阐述了铅胁迫甜瓜染色体核型的影响。
Plant karyotype analysis is an important method for classification and geneticstudy of plant. The basic methods for melon karyotype analysis including sampling, pretreatment, stationary, dissociation, dye, squash and result analysis were experimented and improved, morever we compared the characters of melon chromosome karyotype under Pb stress to it which was not stressed by pb, and discussed the effects of Pb stress on melon chromosome karyotype.
