摘要
结晶玫瑰是香精的一种,它广泛应用于人们的生活和生产中。结晶玫瑰为白色晶体,有强烈的玫瑰香气,且香气持久而有力,是花香型香精优良的定香剂,本文以苯甲醛和氯仿为原料用双催化剂法催化合成了结晶玫瑰,并通过正交实验对合成过程中各项条件进行优化,提高了结晶玫瑰的产率。
Crystal rose is one kind of essence, it is broadly applied in people's everyday life and production. Crystal rose is white crystal, having the rose kind sweet aroma and can last very long. Crystal rose is one kind fragrance of flower type that express good performance. The crystal rose is synthetized by benzene formaldehyde, dry chloroform as raw material catalysed by two kind of catalyst, the intermediate product is trichloromethyl benzyl alcohols, the alcohols reacted with acetic acid to preprare the crystal rose. We changed the productive technology and find the best condition of each step in the preparation of the crystal rose through orhto test, the yield of the crystal rose was pronouncedly improved.
