丝/绒同浴染色同色性探讨

Discussing on the co-dyeing of the silk/cashmere blended fabric with one-bath dyeing

文章从染料选择、染色工艺条件和助剂等几个方面对丝/绒的同浴染色同色性进行了探讨。实验表明:丝在染色前处理中,可采用相对疏水的助剂促其膨润。染色时,选用适当的渗透剂、低温染色剂、中性盐、匀染剂或螯合剂,并选用疏水性较强、分子量较大的酸性染料,能提高丝绒的同色性和色牢度。

The dyestuff, dyeing process, auxiliaries and other parameters were discussed in this paper on one-bath dyeing of the silk/cashmere blended fabric. It was thought the union dyeing could be enhanced if the silk was wetted and swollen by hydrophobic agents before dyeing. And proper wetting agents, low-temperature dyeing agents, neutral salts or sequestering agents were also important to increase the color depth of silk hence the union color. Thirdly hydrophobic acid dyes with higher molecular weights could not only improve the union color effect, but also color fastnesses.
