摘要 本文以过硫酸钾——硫脲(KPS-TU)为引发体系、研究了丙烯酸乙酯与亚麻纤维的非均相接枝共聚反应。[KPS]为0.015mol/L,[TU]为0.002mol/L,[EA]为0.2159mol/L,[H^+]为0.01mol/L,60℃,反应2小时,可得到较高的接枝率,接枝纤维的断裂伸长比纯纤维有所改善,杨氏模量降低,柔顺性提高,对成纱品质和可纺性均有利,但断裂强度低于纯纤维。 Graft copolymerization of ethyl aerylate (EA) onto flax fibre using KPS-TU redox system was carried out in heterogeneous system. The optium grafting conditions were determined from experiments, in which concentration of KPS, TU, H^+, temperature and reaction time were varied. The maximum grafting percentage was obtained at KPS of 0.015 mol/L, TU of 0.002 mol/L, EA of 0.2159 mol/L, H^+ of 0.01 mol/L at 60℃ in 2 hours. The grafted fibre has high break length and lower Young's modulus than pure flax fibre. Its flexibility has been increased. This is valuable to the improving of spinning of flax fibre.
