鲁西北地区计算机应用现状分析

THE PRESENT ANALYSIS FOR APPLICATION OF COMPUTERS IN NORTHWEST SHANDONG

本文对鲁西北地区从事计算机工作的专业人员的文化素质、软硬件的开发应用程度及开机率等事项内容做了详细调查。以山东省计算机应用状况的平均水平为参照物，对每项调查指标建立了高、较高、一般、低等４种模糊集，进而对鲁西北地区的计算机应用状况作了模糊综合评判与分析，并对如何提高山东省欠发达地区的计算机应用水平提出了设想。

In this paper, the cultural quality of computer workers and the degree of development and application for software and hardware as well as the rate of operating computers etc. in northwest Shandong were investigated in detail. Using the average level of computer application in Shandong province as a reference, four kinds of fuzzy sets high, higher, general and low were set up for every investigation target. Basing on them, the fuzzy comperhensive evaluation and analysis were made for present computer application in northwest Shandong. The envisagement to raise the level of computer application for underdevelop area in Shandong was put forward.
