摘要
用二苯基硅二醇对双酚A型环氧树脂进行化学改性,得到一种具有良好的耐热、耐水和机械性能的新型热固体环氧树脂,可在250℃条件下长期使用,探讨了催化剂、有机硅含量对树脂性能的影响,并用IR、DSC、TGA对改性树脂进行了分析及表征。
A new type of solid heat resiting epoxy resin with heat resisting water tolerant and good mechanical property has been obtained by modifing bisphenol A expoxy resin through using diphenyisilondiol. The new modified epoxy resin can be used over a long period of time at 250℃. The effect of the quantity of catalyst and organosilicon on the resin property has also been explored. The modified epoxy resin has been analyzed and characterized by means of IR,DSC and TGA.
