摘要
对以贫锰氧化矿、硫铁矿和钛白工业废酸为原料生产高纯碳酸锰工艺中的浸锰、除杂净化、沉锰、硫酸铵回收等关键技术进行了较全面的研究和探讨。并成功解决了高纯碳酸锰生产中能耗高、沉锰母液难以回收的技术难题。新工艺为贫锰资源的综合利用与清洁生产开拓了一条新路,对高档锰产品的发展有较好的现实意义。
In this work, comprehensive research and discussion have been carried out on the key technologies, such as manganese leaching, purification and impurity removing, manganese deposition and ammonium sulfate recovery etc. in the high purity manganese carbonate production process with low-grade manganese oxidized ore, pyrites and titanium dioxide industrial waste acid as the raw materials. Moreover, the technical problems of high energy consumption and difficult recovery of mother liquid of manganese deposition in the production of high purity manganese carbonate have been successfully solved. The process blazes a new trail for comprehensive utilization of lean manganese resources and clean production and it also has a better realistic sense for the development of high quality manganese products.
