摘要
战略管理在近20年时间里蓬勃地发展，涌现出了许多重要的理论与研究成果。通过尝试从四大历史阶段对战略管理理论研究进行梳理，对各个阶段的特点进行总体述评。同时，还对战略管理理论研究的新动向进行了探讨。
Strategic management in the past 20 years has experienced vigorous development, emerged in a number of important theories and research results. Try from the historical stage of the four major strategic management theory researches to sort out, and do the overall review on the characteristics of all stages. At the same time, it shows strategic management theory research to explore the new trends.
