摘要
劳动关系的和谐程度影响着整个社会的和谐程度。本文认为,我国目前的劳动关系还存在着诸多不和谐因素。政府作为人民权利的委托者、人民意志的代表者、社会关系的调节器,在构建和谐劳动关系中责无旁贷,应该从政治、经济、社会管理、公共服务等层面加强政府的责任。
The harmonious degree of Labor relations will affect that of the whole society. However, the current labor relations in China still exist many non -harmonious factors. Therefore, to be as the consignor of people's right, the representative of people's will and the modulator of social relations, govenrment has the unshirkable responsibility to build up the harmonious labor relations, and . its responsibilities mainly focus on politics, economy, social management and public services.
