事业单位员工组织政治知觉对绩效影响实证研究 被引量:3

An Empirical Research on Staff's Perceptions of Organizational Politics and Performance in Institutions

摘要 十七大报告提出了加强事业单位改革的战略规划。本文旨在探讨我国事业单位员工在改革进程中的思想意识现状及对绩效的影响。通过对我国事业单位342名员工的实证调研发现,员工的组织政治知觉对工作绩效有显著负面影响,对自愿离职有显著正向影响。在此基础上,对事业单位改革进程中出现的组织政治进行了剖析,从而为事业单位人才管理体制改革提供参考。 According to the spirit of the 17th CPC National Congress about the reform for institutions, we research the effect of percep- tions of organizational politics(POPs) on performance by using a sample survey of 342 managers from institutions. We find out that POPs has negative effect on performance on the one hand, but it has positive effect on freewill job -quiting on the other hand.
