用气相色谱－内标法定量，在ＯＶ－１型石英毛细管柱上分离，以正十二烷为内标，ＦＩＤ检测，测定了生产氮酮的工业原料１－溴代十二烷的含量。平均回收率为１００４％，相对标准偏差为０５０％。手续简便快速，结果准确可靠。该方法可用于生产过程中原料的质量控制。

It reports the determination of 1 Bromododecane which is industrial crude material for Azone,using GC with n dodecane as internal standard,on a spport coated open tubular column (27m×0.25mm) with OV 1 coated and detected by FID.The average recovery is 100.4% with relative standard deviation of 0.42%.The method is simple,rapid and accurate.It can be used quality control of crude material.
