摘要
介绍了高速工程机械底盘研发设计思路,主要表现在通用工程机械底盘速度低,要达到80km/h的通用汽车底盘行驶速度,必须借鉴汽车底盘的研发思路。讨论了工程机械底盘与汽车底盘存在差异较大的三个部分,提出了工程机械底盘高速化设计的具体结构形式和要求。最后,对所提出的高速化工程机械底盘的结构形式,用具体研发设计的车型进行了验证。
Introduced the high speed construction machinery chassis studying and designing,displays in:The general construction machinery chassis speed is low in order up to 80km/h speed of automobile chassis,must reference the studying and designing from automobile chassis.What discussed the difference in three parts between the construction machinery chassis and the automobile chassis,with the chart contrastive analysis the three parts,proposed the structural and the request to high speed construction machinery chassis.Finally,specific model is validated by experiments with studied and designed the high speed construction machinery chassis's structure.
