Design of the Volumetric Display System Based on Rotating LED Array

摘要 利用平面LED点阵高速旋转产生立体影像的原理,设计出立体显示系统的机械结构和硬件电路,并提出基于立体图形八叉树结构生成平面LED点阵的算法,利用此算法实现立体显示。显示的图像不需要借助其他设备可以从空间任意角度观看。 A volumetric 3D display system based on high speed rotating light-emitting-diode(LED) matrix panel which is composed of control ciruit and mechanism was introduced to display 3D images in real space.Information of discrete feature points is obtained through Octree structure.The reconstrcted 3D image can reflect the 3D charaters of the original object faithfully,and can be observed through 360 degrees horizontally without the need of any special visual.
