The Highest Priority to the Education of Vocational and Technical Teachers' Training

大力发展职业教育和优先发展师范教育的思想已成为人们的共识，而且正在一步步地得到落实。为了探讨兼有职业教育和师范教育双重特点的职业技术师范教育的发展问题，通过翔实的统计数字和分析得出结论：职业教育的蓬勃发展需要有发达的职业技术师范教育为其服务，结合我国职业技术师范教育现状的分析，说明职业技术师范教育亟待加强，并进而提出了关于加强职业技术师范教育建设和发展的一些思路。

The idea is widely accepted that the vocational education must be strengthened while the teachers' training should be given the highest priority. In order to explore some of the problems in the education of vocational and technical teachers' training which combines the two characters together-the vocational education and the teachers' training, it is concluded from the detailed statistic that the success of vocational education is indispensible to the teachers' training. The analysis of the present situation of China vocational and technical teachers' training shows that it has to be strengthened. Furthermore, some suggestions are put forward on the construction and development of the vocational and technical teachers' training.
