Improve of Distributing Flight Feeder in V_2O_5 Workshop

针对熟料输送过程中的主要设备刮板输送机在现场运行中存在的问题,根据现场条件进行了改造,从根本上解决了浸出槽布料死角问题,提高了设备产能。同时通过改变刮板、链条结构,增大机身强度,优化了整机受力,为其他同类型刮板输送机的国产化、长寿化改造以及备件制作提供了具有现实意义的成果。

In view of the chamotte transportation process in main equipment scraper conveyer the question which exists in the scene movement,has carried on the transformation according to the field condition,fundamentally has solved the leaching chute cotton material dead angle problem,enhanced the equipment to produce energy.Meanwhile through changes the scraper,the chain link structure,increases the fuselage intensity,optimized the complete machine stress,for other same type scraper conveyer manufacture domestically,the longevity transformation as well as the spare parts manufacture provided had the practical significance achievement.
