15m^3燃气抽屉窑的技术改造

摘要 15m3窑炉原电气控制系统控制方法陈旧,机电设备老化,运行费用高、故障率高、能耗较大,炉体无法工作在最佳状态,严重影响炉体的使用寿命。为了克服原系统的不足,对原电气控制系统进行了改造。本文详细阐述了控制系统改造方案和具体的实施方法,改造后的控制系统,实现了全自动化操作,运行速度快,效率高,结构简单,性能可靠。投入运行已一年多,无任何故障。 The original electricity in the kiln control system is dismoded,machine electricity the equipments is aging,the expenses high,the malfunction rate high,the consume bigger,the kiln can't work in the best state,that serious influence the kiln's life.For the sake of shortage that overcome the original system,we have improved the original electricity control system.This text was detailed to expatiate the control system reforms project with puts in a specific way into practice method,Since reformed the control system,It has realized full-automatic running the operation,the speed is quicker,the efficiency is higher,construction simple,the function is dependable.The system have running for more than a year,and have no breakdown.
