摘要
研究了新型驱动器散热器的散热性能,给出了基于微单元时变热交换系数的散热器三维流场及温度场数值求解方法,对散热器三维温度场进行了分析及计算。对比实验结果与数值计算结果表明:采用本方法求解散热器散热性能较热边界平均换热系数法具有更高的精度。以此为基础,通过对散热器的结构优化,可显著改善散热器的散热性能。
The thermo-Performance of new-style drive heat sink was investigated. The numerical method dealt with the 3-dimesional velocity field and temperature field of the heat sink was proposed based on the micro-element time-varied coefficient of convective heat transfer. The 3-dimesional temperature fields of the heat sink were analyzed and calculated. The results compared with the experimental values and numerical ones indicate the method solving the heat sink performance based on the method is more accurate than the method based on the average thermo-boundary coefficient of convective heat transfer. The performance of heat sink will be observably improved by optimizing its structure.
